Skurydin Vadim Lvovich, Russian, was born on April 19, 1946 in Kharkiv, Ukraine. From 1947 to 1952 and from 1961 to 1962 he lived in Orenburg. From 1964 to 1966 – in Ryazan. From 1952 to the present – in Aktobe, Kazakhstan.
His parents graduated from Kharkiv Institute of Railway Engineers. Father – Skurydin Lev Semenovich, born in 1920, Orenburg, Russia, Russian, died in 1973. Mother – Skurydina (Bukreeva) Maria Grigoryevna, born in 1921, Avdeevka, Donetsk region, Ukraine, Ukrainian, died in 1993.
He studied at the following schools: Aktyubinsk, school No. 22 (45, 470); Artek, autumn 1958; school No. 39 Orenburg, 1961; graduated from school No. 2 in 1964 in Aktyubinsk. He took the second place in the West Kazakhstan region (three regions, 1964, Aktyubinsk) Olympiad in physics.
From 1962 to 1964 he worked as a cinema operator.
He graduated from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology in 1964, according to examinations results of which he entered Ryazan Radio Engineering Institute and finished the first year with excellent marks.
On December 14, 1966 he was dismissed from the third year of the institute for "anti-Soviet activities", expelled from Komsomol. “KGB officer who conducted my case, tried to recruit me, promising not to expel from the institute, I refused to cooperate. As a result, I was denied access to classified materials until 1985”.
In 1970 he graduated from Penza (Russia) Polytechnic Institute with electrical engineer qualification with a degree in Automation and Telemechanics.
From 1967 to 1994 he worked as a research engineer at Aktyubrentgen plant. Veteran of the factory.
From 2.12.74 to 1.12.78 he took a post-graduate course (headed by Doctor of Technical Sciences Blinov N.N.) of Moscow Research Institute of Introscopy, specializing in X-ray engineering.
In 1985, he upgraded his skills at Kiev branch of Moscow Institute for Advanced Studies of the Ministry of Electrical and Tool Engineering of the USSR, specializing in microcomputing and microprocessor technology.
He has publications on x-ray technology.
In 1991, he created Phoenix insurance company, the main activity is medical insurance, the project was completed in 2002.
In 1995, he established Phoenix hospital (clinic), which included a hospital with 100 beds and a polyclinic at that time. http://www.phoenix.kz/med.html
From 1994 to 2001, he was the President of Phoenix Insurance Company. He got a number of diplomas in insurance business.
Since 1995, he is Director of Phoenix Hospital.
On June 17, 1989 he was awarded VETERAN OF LABOR medal for his conscientious long-term work.
On December 3, 2001, he was awarded jubilee medal "Қазақстан Республикасының тәуелсіздігіне 10 жыл"
On February 6, 2015, he was awarded jubilee medal "Қазақстан мәслихаттарына 20-жыл"
On December 16, 2001 he receive an official message of thanks from the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev in honor of the 10th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 1989 to 2003, he was a city council member and deputy of maslikhat, chairman of planning and budget commission. In 2003, he received a letter of thanks from Akim of Aktobe city for his active and fruitful work as a deputy. From 2000 to 2008, he was a member of election commission of Aktobe region. In 2008, he received a letter of thanks from the Chairman of CEC of the Republic of Kazakhstan, K. Turgankulov.
In 1990, he was registered as authorized representative of the candidate for people's deputies of Kazakh SSR M.T. Ospanov, later the chairman of Majilis of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 1998, he was registered as a member of initiative group of the candidate for the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev. After elections, Otan party was created on its basis.
The delegate of the III and IV congresses of public association "Republican Political Party "Otan (Fatherland)". In 2000, he received thanks from Political Council of Republican Political Party Otan (Fatherland) for his significant contribution to the strengthening and development of the state, and his active participation in political life of the party. In 2001-2002, he was a member of Political Council of the party. In 2002, he was the deputy chairman of Aktobe regional branch of Otan party, parliamentary leader of Otan party in city maslikhat.
Since 2006, he has been implementing Phoenix Academy project. Activities in the field of science are accompanied by publications in scientific journal VESTNIK of
Aktobe Regional State University named after K.Zhubanov", as well as by creation of this book.
He is married since 1970. His wife, Skurydina (Turenko) Galina Nikolayevna, born in 1946, Akmolinsk (Nur-Sultan), Kazakhstan, Russian, graduated from Kazan Conservatory with a degree in musicology, led theoretical faculty of Aktobe College of Music. Son, Skurydin Andrey Vadimovich, born in 1971. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Aktobe Regional State University named after K.Zhubanov in 2001 with a degree in Finance and Credit, former Vice President of Phoenix Insurance Company, and an entrepreneur. Grandson Kirill, born in 2000, holds a black belt in Taekwondo, speaks Chinese.
